Section 10, The National Power Authority Act, 1982

(1) The Authority shall appoint a General Manager and such other officers, servants and agents as the Authority may from time to time determine. (2) Subject to the direction of the Authority, the officers and servants of the Authority shall be under the administrative control of the General Manager. (3) The Authority may, from time to time for the better administration of the Authority, issue orders and regulations concerning the conditions and terms of employment of its officers and servants.
