Section 11, The National Power Authority Act, 1982

(1) The General Manager shall be the chief executive officer of the Authority and shall be responsible for the execution of the policy of the Authority and the transaction of its day to day business. (2) The General Manager shall attend all meetings of the Authority, except when any matter involving him personally is being discussed, and shall be furnished with copies of all notices, agenda and minutes of all meetings of the Authority.
