Section 7, The National Power Authority Act, 1982

(1) The quorum at any meeting of the Authority shall be four members. (2) Any question before the Authority at any meeting shall be decided in accordance with the votes of the members present and in the event of an equality of votes the Chairman shall have a casting vote in addition to his deliberating vote.
