Section 8, The National Power Authority Act, 1982

A member of the Authority who has any direct or indirect interest in any company or concern with which the Authority proposes to make any contract or any interest in such contract shall disclose to the Authority the fact of such interest and the nature thereof and such disclosure shall be recorded in the minutes of the Authority and such member shall take no part in any deliberation or decision of the Authority relating to such contract.
