Section 2, NPRC DECREE N0.1-FREEZING OF ASSETS (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1995

For the purpose of the effective implementation of the provisions of the Freezing of Assets Decree, 1992, all accounts or assets frozen thereunder shall, notwithstanding any other law or order or directive to the contrary, be deemed to have been frozen from the effective date of the freezing order, and shall henceforth be at the disposal of the National Provisional Ruling Council.
