Section 3, NPRC DECREE N0.1-FREEZING OF ASSETS (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1995

All court orders or directives whatsoever appertaining to such accounts or assets or referring to or connected with any accounts or assets frozen under the Freezing of Assets Decree, 1992, shall be suspended for the duration of the freezing order, and assets shall include sums of monies specified in judgement debts in favour of any person or body or group of persons or companies hitherto referred to as Extron Engineering Company Limited, and purported to have been registered under the Companies Act.
