Section 4, NPRC DECREE N0.1-FREEZING OF ASSETS (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1995

In particular, all accounts and assets of the body or company or group of bodies or companies known as Extron Engineering Company Limited shall be deemed to have been frozen from the 24th day of September, 1993, and no person shall proceed to — (a) execute any judgement relating to or referring to or connected with such accounts or assets or in any way interfere with such accounts or assets; or (b) take any steps or do any act leading to such execution or any act connected therewith, except upon the specific written instructions of the.
