Section 5, NPRC DECREE N0.1-FREEZING OF ASSETS (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1995

For the purpose of this Decree, "assets" shall include assets in existence on the 24th day of September, 1993, as well as assets acquired or deemed to have been acquired subsequently by whatever means.
