The sum of six trillion nine hundred and forty billion onehundred and nine million three hundred and thirty six thousand one
hundred Leones shall be and is hereby granted to His Excellency the
President for and during the year two thousand and nineteen to be
applied and expended in the manner herein described and for the
several services set forth in the Schedule.
