The Accountant-General is hereby authorised and requiredto pay out of the Consolidated Fund for the services specified in the Schedule, such sums as may be specified in the Warrant or Order of the Minister of Finance, issued from time to time up to the sum of six trillion nine hundred and forty billion one hundred and nine million three hundred and thirty six thousand one hundred Leones which shall come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirtyfirst day of December, two thousand and nineteen.
