Section 33, The National Fertilizer Regulations, 2020.

(1) A person shall not - (a) obstruct or hinder a designated officer in the performance of his duties under the Act or these Regulations; (b) make a false or misleading statement either orally or in writing to an Inspector or other officer of the Agency, (2) A person who obstructs or hinders a designated officer or makes a false or misleading statement to an Inspector or other officer of the Agency commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Le2, 000, 000. 00.
