(1) The Commission shall notify the applicant in writing ofthe applicant's written examination, performance and practical tests
results.
(2) An applicant who is not successful in a written
examination, performance and practical tests conducted by the
Commission may re-take the written examination, performance or
practical test after six months from the publication of the results.
