Section 8, Materials and Equipments) Rules 2019

(1) A certificate issued under these rules shall be valid for aperiod of 3 years in the case of an individual and 5 years in the case of a
corporate body.
(2) A certificate may be renewed at the end of its term
subject to the holder complying to the terms and conditions of the
certificate.
