(1) A person shall not establish an aerodrome for publicuse unless an aerodrome certificate for that aerodrome has been issued
by the Authority under this Act.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits
25,000 Dollars or equivalent in Leones or to imprisonment for a term
not exceeding 10 years, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
