Section 101, Civil Aviation Act, 2017 for an effective aviation safety and security

The Government or any person or other authority shall, inestablishing aerodromes under paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of section 98, have regard to the need to minimise so far as reasonably practicable - (a) any adverse effect on the environment; and (b) any disturbance to the public, from noise, vibrations, atmospheric pollution or any other cause attributable to the use of aircraft for the purpose of civil aviation.
