Section 111, Civil Aviation Act, 2017 for an effective aviation safety and security

(1) The Authority shall be the coordinating agency onmatters relating to Advanced Passenger Information in line with internationally recognised standards. (2) The Authority may, in consultation with relevant agencies make regulation requiring that air operators submit Advanced Passenger Information to the State prior to departure or arrival of the flight in the territory of Sierra Leone. PART XIII – AVIATION SECURITY OVERSIGHT
