(1) The Authority shall develop, implement and maintaina National Civil Aviation Security policy. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the Authority shall- (a) develop a national aviation security policy for approval by government with requirements consistent with the provisions of Annex 17; (b) issue decrees, orders, circulars or directives to require the implementation of immediate security measures; and search.
