Section 124, Civil Aviation Act, 2017 for an effective aviation safety and security

A person who knowingly and without authority removes,conceals, or withholds any part of a civil aircraft an accident, or any property which was aboard the aircraft at the time of the accident, 5,000,000 Leones and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years, or to both such fine and involved in imprisonment.
