Section 129, Civil Aviation Act, 2017 for an effective aviation safety and security

(1) Any regulation, order or other statutory instrumentmade under the Civil Aviation Act, 2008 and in force immediately before the commencement of this Act shall continue to be in force with such modifications as are necessary to bring them into conformity with this Act, or until revoked under this Act. (2) All licences, certificates, orders, rules and other statutory instruments made under the Civil Aviation Act, 2008 shall remain in force until their expiration or are expressly repealed.
