Section 130, Civil Aviation Act, 2017 for an effective aviation safety and security

The Director-General may, make such regulations, ordersand rules, as may be considered necessary or expedient to give effect to and for the better carrying out the objects and purposes of this Act, to provide generally for regulating air navigation and air transport and for carrying out and giving effect to the Chicago Convention and the Annexes thereto.
