Section 29: A member of the Board, Director-General, employee of the

Authority or a person to whom the Director-General has delegated
his authority under Section 24 (2) shall be indemnified by the Authority
against any civil proceeding brought against them arising from the
lawful discharge of any of the functions or the exercise of any of the
powers conferred on the Authority under this Act.
