Section 22, THE BANK OF SIERRA LEONE ACT 2019

(1) The Bank shall, when requested or on its owninitiative, inform Parliament and the public of its monetary policy, the achievements of its objectives and its vision on the real variables of the economy not less than twice a year. (2) The Governor shall appear before Parliament at a minimum of 2 times per year to explain - (a) the monetary policy decisions of the Bank; and (b) where its monetary policy targets are missed, the assessment of the policy outlook of the Bank and any remedial actions to return to target. (3) The Bank may publish on its website or by other means, reports and studies on monetary policy and other financial and economic matters as it thinks fit. 14 15 Accounts of Bank.
