(1) The Board shall appoint a chief internal auditor whoshall be a person with extensive professional experience in the field
of accounting or auditing.
(2) The Chief Internal Auditor shall be appointed for a
term of 5 years and may be renewed.
(3) The Chief Internal Auditor may resign from office on
giving not less than 3 months' notice to the Governor.
(4) The Chief Internal Auditor may be removed from office
by the Board subject to conditions regarding disqualification and
removal of members of the Board.
