Section 12, The Banking Act, 2019

(1) A licensee shall display conspicuously at its headoffice and branches or office of its agent, copies of its banking licence
or registration for the information of the public.
(2) Where a licensee fails to comply with the requirement
under subsection (1) the Central Bank may impose such administrative
penalty as may be appropriate.
