Section 31, The National Commission for Privatisation Act, 2002

(1) The Commission may by statutory instrument make rules and regulations to give effect to this Act. (2) Rules or regulations made under subsection (1) may establish codes of conduct and discipline and regulate the appointment, promotion and dismissal of employees.
