Section 6, The Pharmacy and Drugs Act, 2001

(1) The Board shall have a Registrar who shall be a pharmacist appointed by the Public Service Commission and shall be the chief administrator and secretary to the Board.
(2) The Registrar shall perform such duties as may be required of him under this Act or by the Board.
