Section 5, The Pharmacy and Drugs Act, 2001

For the purpose of advising the Board on the training of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians for the purposes of this Act, there shall be a committee of the Board known as the "Education Committee" consisting of the following— (a) the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences or his representative, who shall be the Chairman; (b) the Registrar; and (c) the President of the Pharmaceutical Society of Sierra Leone or his representative.
