Section 32, The Political Parties Act, 2002

(1) The Commission may make such regulation as mayappear to it to be necessary or expedient for giving effect to this Act.
(2) Regulations made under subsection (1) may prescribe
for the contravention of any provision of the regulations a fine not
exceeding Le250,000.00 (two hundred and fifty thousand leones) or a
term of imprisonment not exceeding six months or both such fine and
imprisonment.
