Section 33, The Political Parties Act, 2002

(1) The following Acts are hereby repealed; (a) The Political Parties Act, 1995; (b) The Political Parties (Regulation of Conduct) Act, 1995; (2) Notwithstanding the repeals in subsection (1), any certificate of registration issued under any of the Acts repealed shall remain valid until cancelled under this Act.
