Section 73, SI-The Aduit Service Regulations 2024 Arrangement of Sections 1

(l) Tbe Internal Audit Division shall have no directresponsibility or authority o\,er any ofthe activities subject to audit. (2) Staff of the Division shall not engage in any audit activity that would constitute an audit of work that they were previously responsible for or could reasonably be construed to compromise their independence and objectivity.
