Section 74, SI-The Aduit Service Regulations 2024 Arrangement of Sections 1

The firnctions oftbe Intemal Audit Division shall be toimprove the Audit Service Internal Controls, Corporate Govemanc€, and Risk Management as prescribed by competent authorities goveming intemal audits at both national and intemalional bodies. 75, The Board Secretary oftheAudit Service shall maintain an original copy ofthe Internal Audit Committee Charter which will detail out the purpose, responsibilities, membership and Terms of Reference of the lntemal Audit Committee.
