(1) Notwithstanding Rules 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 of the High Court Rules, 2007 an originating process shall expire within 3 months from the date it was issued. (2) An originating process that has not been served on a defendant within 3 months from the date of issue by the Registrar, shall be deemed to have expired. (3) Without prejudice to Rule 9 of Order 6, Rule 4 of Order 7, Order 8 and Order 9 of the High Court Rules, 2007 this rule shall apply, with the necessary changes, to concurrent processes. 8 9 Other originating processes.
