(1) The Chief Justice shall, within 3 days after pleadingsare deemed to be closed, assign the case to a Judge to conduct a pretrial settlement.
(2) The Judge shall set a date for the first hearing of the
pre-trial settlement within 3 days from the date the case was assigned.
