Section 22: A pre-trial Judge shall facilitate settlement of a dispute within

14 days, with the exception of excluded days, from the date of
commencement of the pre-trial settlement unless he finds that there
is a reasonable prospect of settlement and with the consent of the
parties, extend the pre-trial settlement period for another 7 days.
