Section 14, Cap 109

(1) The Council shall cause to be prepared not later than the 31st dayof :May in each year- (a) a statement showing in detail the items of income and expenditure and the profit or loss of the Council for the year ending on the 31st day of :March immediately preceding; and (b) a statement of the assets and liabilities of the Council as they stood on the 31st day of :March immediately preceding. (2) Such statements shall be audited and published in such manner as the Council shall direct. PART TV.-CoNSTITUTION AND DuTIEs oF LoCAL CoMMITTEES.
