On the City Council deciding to make an advance andagreeing the amount thereof and the terms and conditions on :vhich the same is to be made with the applicant, an agreement m the Form Bin the schedule, with such variations as circumstances may require, shall be drawn up and signed by the Mayor and the applicant. The applicant shall be entitled to a copy of such agreement. Applications for advances. Advances to be made on good security and subject to conditions. Repayment of moneys advanced and interest thereon. Agreements to be drawn up and signed.
