Cap. 126] Fortifications Sketching apparatus in his possession, with the intention of evading the provisions of this Ordinance shall be liable, upon conviction, to a penalty not exceeding twenty pounds sterling and in default of payment to imprisonment for any period not exceeding thirty days; and such sketching, drawing, photographic or painting materials or apparatus shall be confiscated.
