Section 5, The Fortifications Sketching Short title

Any person not authorised in writing under the hand ofthe Officer Commanding the Troops of the Colony for the time being, found trespassing on any portion or within the boundary of any battery, fortification, or work of defence of any kind, or in or upon any places set apart for naval or military operations or purposes upon the said peninsula, shall be liable upon conviction to a penalty not exceeding twenty pounds sterling and in default of payment to imprisonment for any period not exceeding one month.
