Section 29, The Water Control Ordinance

(1) Every appeal to the Supreme Court under this Ordinance shall be by petition stating the facts and grounds of appeal, and a copy of the petition shall be served on the Board concerned. (2) Except as otherwise provided by section 16 the Supreme Court may affirm, reverse, or vary the order or decision appealed against in such manner as it thinks just. (3) The Supreme Court may extend the time for appealing under this Ordinance notwithstanding that the time for appealing has already elapsed.
