Section 69, Cap 196

On the conviction of any person, whether summarily oron information, for an offence against section 67 or section 68, any mineral in respect of which such offence has been committed shall unless proved by some other person to be the property of that other person be forfeited to Her Majesty and shall be sold or otherwise disposed of as the Governor may by order direct. The proceeds from the sale of any such mineral shall be paid into general revenue.
