Section 17, The Diamond Agreements Shor: ti~Ie

Nothing in this Licence contained shall be construed as precludingthe Government from granting any right licence or lease for the recovery of any minerals or substance other than diamond over all or any part of the area comprised in this Licence either to the Company or to any other applicant and any such right licence or lease which the Company may not apply for shall be expressed to be subject to the prior rights of the Company as regards diamond under this licence.
