Section 10, The Explosives (Protectorate) Citation

Every boat or other vessel carrying explosives shall keephoisted in the bows, between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., a red flag, and between the hours of 6 p.m. and 6 a.m., a red light, plainly visible at a distance of at least two miles, to denote that explosives are on board.
