Section 21, The Explosives (Protectorate) Citation

The deposit or storage of explosives in, and the withdrawal of the same from, a public warehouse shall in no case becarried out except between the hours of sunrise and sunset,
and, save with the permission of the Comptroller of Customs,
shall be carried out only on weekdays between the hours of
8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
