Section 31, The Explosives (Protectorate) Citation

The holder of a licence to store explosives in a minemagazine shall at the end of each month render a return to the prescribed officer showing the quantity of each type of explosive that has come into the magazine during such month, and the quantity used during, and remaining on hand at the end of, such month.
