Section 43, The Explosives (Protectorate) Citation

It shall be lawful for the prescribed officer to order thedestruction of any explosives found in a magazine which in
his opinion have become unfit for use, and the same shall be
forthwith destroyed, and no compensation shall be paid therefor.
