Section 52, The Explosives (Protectorate) Citation

The person in charg~ of explosives in bulk in transit shallbe responsible for seeing that the explosives and detonators are at all times kept separate and that the explosives are stored for the night at a place situated at least one hundred yards from any rest-house or other building, 1 and from any road or railway, and also that precautions are taken to prevent any unauthorised person approaching within fifty yards of such place.
