Section 58, The Explosives (Protectorate) Citation

Any person who shall smoke, or who shall allow another P?hib:;:nperson to smoke, in any boat or vessel containing _explosives to 0 smo g. be conveyed to or from the shore, or at or near the place where t explosives are being landed, or whilst conveying explosives, or whilst on, in, or attending any carriage containing explosives, or whilst acting as watchman over any explosives, or within the, enclosed area around a m:;tgazine, shall be deemed to have committed a breach of these rules.
