Section 158, The Customs Regu- Citation

A person to whom a permit whether documentary or Car~~~ andotherwise is issued shall, when within the Customs area to which ~~;e~::J~~r
the permit relates, always- badge.
(a) carry the permit on his person, or
(b) wear the permit in such a way (if any) as he has been
directed to wear it,
