Section 87, Cap. 287

The Company may, upon the issue of any bonds, debentures,debenture stock or other securities, confer on the holders thereof or on any trustees or other persons acting on their behalf the right to participate in the management of the Company by giving them the right of attending and voting at General Meetings, by empowering them to appoint one or more persons to be Directors of the Company, or by any means that may be agreed between the Company and the holders thereof.
