Business Names Reg1:stration [Cap. 257 2037 CHAPTER 257. BUSINESS NAMES REGISTRATION. P.N.BUSINESS NAMES REGISTRATION RULES 93 of 1954. made by the Governor in Council under section 13.

These rules may be cited. as the Business Names Regi- Citation.stration Rules.

Schedule. forms for the purposes of section 4 of the Ordinance, and shall be furnished to the Re_gistrar General in duplicate.

Registrar General under section 8 of the Ordinance shall be in Form C in the First Schedule. (2) Every such certificate shall be prepared and signed in original and duplicate and the duplicate shall be retained by the · Registrar General and filed by him. Such duplicates so filed shall constitute a register of certificates.
